Fixturlaser has developed a live readout Compound Moves user application we call VertiZonal™. This is an easy-to-use live graphics platform that guides the user pictorially through the measurement and correction phases of machine alignment. Our graphics user interface shows the user exactly how much a misaligned machine requires to be adjusted through adding or removing shims to the machine’s feet.
When proceeding with the alignment, the user no longer needs to re-measure in between the Vertical and the Horizontal phases, to correct for the horizontal misalignment. The horizontal adjustment is carried out simply by inching the machine, in the appropriate direction, according to the live values displayed.

The Fixturlaser Run Out Probe is a bolt-on wireless accessory for the Fixturlaser NXA series instruments. ROP is an electronic tool designed to detect and measure shaft run-out, lift, concentricity and pipe strain. Run-out and pipe strain are often overlooked but if present can confound the measurement and correction of shaft alignment. Fixturlaser Run Out Probe represents a unique application of a LVDT sensor, to provide an easy-to-use but highly accurate with a resolution of 1 μm and a range of ±2.5 mm.

Fixturlaser Level is used for levelling machines or parts during installation. Fixturlaser Level measures the angular deviation from the surface in two axes using a wide measurement range of ±50 mm/m. Resolution is 0.01 mm/m whilst high accuracy and repeatability are guaranteed. Fixturlaser Level can be mounted using a magnetic base or directly onto the surface of the object being measured, allowing for maximum use and flexibility.
